- Currently spearhead a workplace research program for a publicly-traded leader in the staffing industry to develop insights and thought leadership including robust hiring manager and worker surveys and data science projects leveraging a proprietary dataset of millions of professional jobs across North America and the United Kingdom.
- Led a research team at a national non-profit using large datasets to drive decision making to increase reach and impact among participants including qualitative research (e.g., interviews, focus groups, and longitudinal survey data). Standardized the use of validated survey instruments, ensuring translations were appropriate for all literacy levels, and utilized sophisticated survey applications (e.g. Qualtrics) to streamline user experience.
